We have looked at this request and decided that whilst it is a great idea, there are issues whereby your customer would use it for other things such as refund request or support tickets.
We are going to a full webinar on a suport link option we will be adding in the roadmap in your side menu - This will be able to link to a portal that we will show you how to set up that will handle feature requests, support tickets and a knowledgebase in a contained system without relying on emails being batted around your inbox.
